Verda Solutions is a Swedish InsurTech company specializing in embedded insurance solutions. Their first focus is on warranties for cars, making it simple for dealers and customers to access coverage directly at the point of sale. By embedding insurance into existing sales processes, Verda is reshaping how people buy, use, and experience insurance.

Their mission is to simplify complex insurance workflows and empower clients with a modern, digital, state of the art SaaS platform that manages both policies and customer interactions seamlessly.

Challenges Before the Project

Before collaborating with SuiteStack, Verda Solutions faced a few key challenges, that were scoped together with the teams.

  • There was no CRM-system in place to track customer data, which limited their ability to analyze, optimize, and personalize communication.

  • They required an integration between a CRM-system and with their internal system that handled complex car insurance details.
  • They needed a solution to store customer and vehicle-specific data and to leverage this information for automated communication.

  • They lacked support in designing the data model, property mapping, and use cases for an integration between their SaaS insurance solution and the Hubspot platform.

SuiteStack's Solution

SuiteStack partnered with Verda Solutions to tackle these challenges head-on.

First, SuiteStack helped plan and structure a clear sales process, ensuring Verda's team had a strong foundation to build upon. The platform of choice was HubSpot.

A tailored data model was created, along with property mapping and defined use cases. This ensured customer and vehicle data could be stored and accessed efficiently. On top of this, SuiteStack automated key processes so that the sales  process & communication could be personalized and executed without manual overhead.

Despite the project’s complexity, SuiteStack was able to deliver the solution quickly, even during the summer holiday period, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. SuiteStack also provided training for Verda’s team, ensuring they could confidently use the new processes and systems.
